Job Opportunity - Warehouse Stock Control Administrator for DR ORGANIC

Monday – Friday 7.30am – 4.00pm

We are now looking for a Warehouse Stock Control Administrator to join our busy Operations Team and work as part of a multi-skilled flexible team to ensure the smooth running of the warehouse.

Key Role Responsibilities:


  • Record all returns and send the paperwork to the relevant personnel

  • Assist in the cycle count process from start to finish.

  • Investigate deviations raised by other departments in the company regarding the warehouse

  • Dealing with notification of errors found whilst picking.

  • Update the Picking Accuracy KPI daily

  • Cover for stock controller as and when needed.

  • Work as part of the team assisting others where necessary.

  • Any other reasonable duties as directed by a Supervisor or Manager.

Experience & Skills:

  • Knowledge of sage (extra training given as and when needed)

  • Knowledge of WHS (extra training given as and when needed)

  • Computer literate

  • Good oral and accurate written skills

  • Knowledge of MS Office functions
